Council Back to 6 Members?

New Council member Edward Popour was appointed to the Beulah Village Council on April 8th, 2025. But isn’t the Council size limited to 4 trustees and the Village President, per Ordinance 2025-001 passed by the Village Council in February 2025? Hmmm….
