No mention of the petition or pending council size reduction at the May 13th council meeting. Black hole here? With the announcement of new legal council, maybe the village will be able to move this issue forward.

Still not seeing “delayed effect of the ordinance and the right of petition” notice in the Record Patriot as of April 15th, 2025. Chapter 2, Section 62.1.(4) requires publication of petition rights and delayed adoption date of an ordinance passed to reduce the number of Beulah Village Trustees.
