Gets more interesting… New village legal retained by council at the May 13th council meeting. Apparently our current attorney is swamped and too busy to respond to the village’s needs on a timely basis.

Appears that the village is reviewing the validity of the petitions submitted to stop the village council from reducing the council size to five.. Village Clerk advised us yesterday that all questions regarding our petitions must now be addressed to the Village President or council Pro Tempore.
